What You Will Do:

• Manage and grow ZARLO’s brand presence across social media platforms.
• Create, schedule, and coordinate high-quality, engaging content (reels, posts, stories).
• Use your equipment to capture and produce quality visual content that highlights the business including available services offered by ZARLO, before-and-after transformations and client reviews.
• Graphic design with the use of Canva or similar software.
• Design and implement digital marketing campaigns to drive awareness and bookings.
• Act as the main point of contact with the social media community and engage with online communities to build relationships and monitor trends.
• Analyze social media insights to refine strategies and improve performance.
• Collaborate with the team and partners to align content with brand vision and goals.

Deliverables:

• Creative Design: produce high-quality content – a minimum of 6 posts per month such as ZARLO’s service offering, how to use the platform, before-and-after images/videos and stories centred around beauty professionals and clients.
• Digital Marketing Campaigns: Develop strategies to drive growth and engagement.
• Community Engagement: Respond to messages, comments, and create meaningful interactions.
